What You'll Do
- Research and implement state-of-the-art face recognition and age estimation models
- Improve model accuracy while reducing bias across demographic groups
- Develop robust liveness detection to prevent spoofing attacks
- Optimize models for inference speed and deployment on edge devices
- Build training pipelines and manage large-scale face datasets ethically
- Collaborate with product to translate business requirements into ML solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of machine learning experience with focus on computer vision
- Deep expertise in face recognition (ArcFace, CosFace, or similar architectures)
- Strong PyTorch or TensorFlow skills with production deployment experience
- Published research or significant contributions to CV/ML projects
- Experience with model optimization (quantization, pruning, distillation)
- Understanding of ML fairness, bias detection, and mitigation strategies
Nice to Have
- PhD in Computer Science, ML, or related field
- Experience with document OCR and verification
- Background in privacy-preserving ML techniques
