What counts as a verification?
A verification is counted each time a user completes the age verification process. Xident ID verifications (returning users) are counted separately and cost significantly less.
What is an Xident ID verification?
When a user verifies once and creates an Xident ID, subsequent verifications on any site using Xident cost much less. This "Verify Once" model saves you up to 80% on returning users.
Why do the plans have monthly fees?
The monthly fee gives you access to lower per-verification rates and advanced features. Growth and Scale plans offer significantly lower per-verification costs that quickly offset the monthly fee at volume. Starter at $10/month is perfect for getting started.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and any unused monthly fee is prorated.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, wire transfers for annual plans, and ACH for US-based businesses on Scale plans.
