Head of Finance
We're looking for our first Head of Finance to build financial operations from the ground up. You'll own everything from monthly close to fundraising models, helping us scale from seed stage to Series A and beyond.

What You'll Do
- Build and lead the finance function as our first dedicated finance hire
- Own monthly close, financial reporting, and board deck preparation
- Develop financial models for pricing, unit economics, and fundraising
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax advisors
- Implement financial systems and controls as we scale
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and resource allocation
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of finance experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Experience at high-growth startups, ideally from seed through Series B
- Strong financial modeling skills (Excel/Sheets mastery required)
- Understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, churn, LTV, CAC)
- Experience with fundraising processes and investor relations
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
Nice to Have
- Background in fintech or payments companies
- Experience with usage-based pricing models
- International finance experience (EU entities)

45 minutesA conversation with a company leader to discuss your career goals, our vision, and ensure mutual fit. This is also your chance to ask strategic questions.
