What You'll Do

  • Design and implement high-performance Go services handling 10,000+ requests per second
  • Build and maintain our verification API, webhook delivery system, and SDK backends
  • Collaborate with ML engineers to integrate face recognition models into production pipelines
  • Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior developers
  • Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting for mission-critical systems
  • Contribute to our open-source SDKs and developer documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional Go development experience
  • Deep understanding of concurrency patterns, goroutines, and channels
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues (NATS, Kafka, or similar)
  • Track record of building and operating high-availability distributed systems
  • Strong API design skills with REST and/or gRPC
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in identity verification, fintech, or security domains
  • Contributions to open-source Go projects
  • Experience with WebRTC or real-time video processing
